In 2004 I discovered RAK, with their first album Lepidoptera. Very solid prog, with a bit of a dark atmosphere and beautiful artwork by Mark Wilkinson. Over the years I always kept hope they would release another album. I had to wait some 8 years for it, but it was worth the wait. In 2012 RAK released their follow up album Book of Flight (Lepidoptera II).
Theme-wise a sort of continuation of the first album. The line up was brought back to four persons and a new guitar/bass player was added to the line up. The end result is a stunning album and in my opinion better than the first album. Oh, and again with beautiful artwork by Mark Wilkinson!
